The shadows of the lights, with an eternal pledge to promote divine humanity, the children of Augustín de Hipona, founder of the European Monasteries; dedicated to God, like an empty seashell.  Evangelist, humanitarians, construction workers, forts, temples, monasteries and most of all the perfect illuminated rock flower, the convent, Nuestra Señora de Dolores de Querétaro, has now been restored to its original grandeur.  

 The building that was impotent as a Convent has now been converted into The Museum of Art of Querértaro.  This building was constructed in the eighteenth century and served as a studio of Art and Philosophy..  

Noble destiny, it is for this reason that we now have this place of expression, where expression is demonstrated to us.

The Art Museum of Querétaro is located in the street of Allende Sur No. 14, at Pino Suárez, Histórical Center. Open to visits, Tuesday to Sunday from 10:00 to 18:00 hrs.
